Refund & License Policy – Moongrade
We aim to be transparent about how our digital products are sold and used. Please read the following before completing your purchase.
1. Can I Get a Refund? All sales of digital products on Moongradestudio are final. Once a purchase is completed and the download link has been provided, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital goods, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstance, except where required by applicable law. We strongly recommend reviewing all product descriptions, previews, and compatibility requirements (including software and DaVinci Resolve Studio requirements where applicable) before purchasing.
2. Usage By purchasing a digital product from Moongradestudio, you are granted a:
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
license to use the product.
You may use the product:
- On multiple personal devices
- In your own personal and commercial video projects, including client work, YouTube, social content, and paid productions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lend, rent, or gift the product
- Share the files with third parties, including for collaborative use
- Publish the original LUT, PowerGrade, or DCTL files on any online platform, marketplace, or as part of another product or bundle
3. Agreement to Terms By completing a purchase on our site, you acknowledge that:
- You understand the nature of digital goods
- You agree to the no-refund policy
- You accept the terms of use outlined above and any additional site policies (such as our Privacy Policy)
4. I Have an Issue. Need Help? If you're having trouble accessing your digital product after purchase, or if something isn't working as expected, contact us at: 📧 hello@moongradestudio.com Include your order number, and we'll help you promptly.
