This usually means the files weren't imported correctly. Go to Project Settings → Color Management → Open LUT Folder, drop your .cube files in, then click "Update Lists" back in Resolve.

These features require DaVinci Resolve Studio (the paid version) and won't run on the free edition. If you've confirmed you're on Studio and the DCTL still isn't showing up, restart Resolve after installing, it usually needs a fresh launch to detect new DCTLs.
